Magic Kingdom
When most people think of Disney they think of the Magic Kingdom. It was the first of the four theme parks to open back in 1971 and several of the original attractions are still there today.
While Magic Kingdom is certainly geared towards younger children there is a certain nostalgia that most people feel when they revisit the park as an adult which is one of the many reason's it is still Disney's most visited theme park.
Magic Kindom is split up into six different areas: Main Street USA, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland, Adventureland, Liberty Square, and Frontierland.

Because of the number of attractions at this park many of our families choose to spend a slightly longer day here. Families with young children will even opt for two days at this park. Whether you choose to be here for seven or eight hours or split this park into two days you can expect to cross off everything on your list of must-do's!
RESTAURANTS:
While this park isn't exactly known for its restaurants there are still some great options. When we build your itinerary we will always book a lunch and dinner for each day that you're visiting one of the theme parks. Here are our favorites at Magic Kingdom:
-
Crystal Palace - this is a character buffet with Winnie the Pooh and friends. The restaurant offers character dining at breakfast, lunch and dinner and has a fantastic selection for everyone in the family. Prices range from $15-$30 per child and $30-$60 per adult. There are several reasons why we like this restaurant but one of the best attributes is their selection of vegetarian options.
-
Cinderella's Royal Table - this is a character dining with several of Disney's Princesses inside Cinderella Castle. The restaurant is closed for refurbishments from January 5th through early spring of 2015.
-
Liberty Tree Tavern - charming, warm and inviting, this restaurant serves New England fare along with burgers, sandwiches and salads. We like it because it's a nice break away from the crowds and the food tastes great.
-
Be Our Guest - from time to time the Beast does make an appearance but if this is why you are going to this restaurant do not hold your breath. They do have great food and great healthy options plus the service is incredibly fast. Reservations are extremely hard to come by so unless you are staying at a Disney resort and you have access to dining reservations before the 180 days your only chance of eating here is to wait in line at lunch. New fast pass experiments happen from time to time but there is no telling when they are coming.
When you book a Disney VIP Tour with us you will have a private concierge working on your itinerary from the minute you make your reservation. Even if you are booking last minute, cancelations can come up so if there is a particular restaruant you would like to experience just let us know and we will keep a look out for you!
Animal Kingdom

Animal Kingdom was the last of the four parks to come to Disney but is the largest covering a whopping 500 acres. The park is split up into four areas: Africa, Asia and Discovery Island, and Camp Minnie & Mickey which will soon be home to the brand new Avatar Land. Home to more than 1,700 animals across 250 species, the park reflects Walt Disney’s dedication to conservation and commitment to animal care, education, and research.

The park has several options for quick service but there is one in particular that we love. Here are our favorite restaurants and why:
-
Tusker House - This is hands down the best buffet at Disney World. There is a fantastic selection of fresh, seasonal items including a carving station, multiple vegetarian options, a delicious salad bar, curry's and cedar plank salmon. There are tons of options for the kids including mac 'n' cheese, corn dog nuggets, chicken nuggets, and they can even make their own PB&J's! The best part? Hollywood Studios
Hollywood Studios is all about the movies! Originally named MGM Studios this park opened in 1989 drawing inspiration from the heyday of Hollywood in the 30's and 40's.
It is home to two of Disney's most thrilling attractions along with some of the highest rated shows in any other theme park in the world.
Hollywood Studios is mucher smaller than the other three Disney theme parks however there is a huge value to having a VIP guide there. Managing show times can be a logistical nightmare for most families but with your own Disney VIP Guide you will experience everything this park has to offer with efficiency and a smile!

RESTAURANTS:
This park offers some great options for dining. Here are our favorites:
-
The Hollywood Brown Derby - DELICIOUS. We love every single thing on the menu. The prices are definitely higher than your average theme park restaurant but it is worth every penny. It's known for it's Cobb salad that was created by the owner Bob Cobb but there are so many more great options. They also have a full bar.
-
Mama Melrose - Tucked away in the corner of Steets of America this Italian eatery serves authentic Italian with delicious flavor. It's located right across the street from Lights, Motors, Action so it's a great place to choose if you're trying to make the afternoon show.
-
Hollywood & Vine - this is a character buffet with a variety of Disney Junior characters. The line-up includes Handy Manny, Jake from the Neverland Pirates, Sofia the First and Doc McStuffin. Prices range from $15-$30 per child and $30-$60 per adult. While there is a variety of options at this buffet people don't go there for the food. This restaurant is all about the experience for the kids so as long as you know that going in you'll feel like you're getting your money's worth.
When you book a Disney VIP Tour you will not only get to experience the majority of the rides, shows and character meet and greets at this park but you'll get the best seats at the shows, they'll be no lag time in between attractions, and most importantly you'll get to do what you came to Disney for, you will get to build memories with your family, and that's what a vacation is all about.
Epcot was the second of the four theme parks built at Walt disney World and opened in 1982. It covers more than 300 acres which is more than twice the size of the Magic Kingdom. When most people think of this park the first image that comes to mind is the huge golf ball like sphere that serves as the parks landmark and also as an attraction. Dedicated to technological innovation and international culture, the park is split up into two main areas: Future World and the World Showcase.
Future World is where you'll find the majority of the attractions. Epcot is also home to the second largest aquarium in the United States!
Here is a list of our favorite rides, shows and characters on this side of the park along with the height requirements for each ride:
Soarin' (40 inches)
Test Track (40 inches)
Sum of All Thrills (48 inches)
Mission Space (44 inches)
Spaceship Earth
The Seas with Nemo & Friends
Turtle Talk with Crush
Living with the Land
Journey into Imagination with Figment
Character Spot (Minnie, Mickey, Daisy, Donald)
While the majority of great restaurants can be found over at the World Showcase there are two spots that we love on this side of the park:
-
Coral Reef - here you will enjoy intimate dining with spectacular views of Epcot's aquarium. Dine on delicious seafood as you watch sharks, fish, sting rays and even turtles swim by!
-
Seasons - this restaurant is a great option if you choose not to do a big sit down meal at lunch and plan on staying on this side of the park. Choose from a variety of stations including Asian, gourmet sandwiches, soups, salads and wood-fired entrees. The majority of ingredients come directly from Epcot's greenhouse so they are as fresh as you can get! Everything on the menu is $15 or less.
World Showcase is a large area that surrounds the beautiful World Showcase Lagoon and home to eleven different pavilions that represent countries from around the globe. The eleven pavilions are:
-
Mexico
-
Norway
-
China
-
Germany
-
Italy
-
United States
-
Japan
-
Morocco
-
France
-

Each country has a variety of fun things for you to enjoy including dining, shopping, characters and entertainment.

La Hacienda in Mexico - We love this place! True authentic Mexican that never dissapoints. They have fantastic margaritas and it sits right on the water making it the perfect spot to enjoy the fireworks!
-
Via Napoli in Italy - If you have a love for good pizza then you simply can't beat this restaurant.
