How does the service work?

Not only will you have a Private VIP Tour Guide with you at the park but you’ll have your own VIP Tour Concierge at your fingertips during your entire stay. Book multiple days and this extra service is 100% free!

Once we’ve gathered your information a customized itinerary will be created for you outlining a plan for each day. Your guide will meet you at your hotel before the park opens and you’ll be on your way.

You’ll spend the majority of the morning experiencing the best attractions with minimal wait times, then break with your guide for a sit down lunch. After lunch you’ll head back out for more fun. Want more action in the evening? Just let us know. Your guide can assist you with getting the best seats at the parades and night time shows and will be available to you for the entire day.

Why do I need a VIP tour guide?

We know that booking a vacation can be stressful, especially when it involves Disney and the other Orlando theme parks. Where do we start? How long will the lines be? What restaurants will we like? Are we going to fit it all in?

With your own Private Disney VIP Guide you won’t have to worry about a thing. We'll build a fully customized itinerary for your entire stay then have a local expert guide you around the parks with minimal wait times at every attraction.

Is there a minimum number of hours we have to use our guide?

All VIP tours require a minimum of six hours per day. This is the amount of time that we feel is needed to tackle all of the highlights and attractions in each park. Your Private VIP Tour Guide will be available to you for the entire day so if you would like to continue after the six hours just let them know and you will be billed hourly.

Exceptions are made when families book a multiple day VIP Tour. We always recommend at least six hours at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Universal Studios. If on your third and fourth days you go to Epcot or Animal Kingdom and would like to experience slightly shorter days then we completely understand. You will only be billed for the hours that you are with your guide.

How do I pay for my VIP Tour?

Your Private VIP Tour Guide will present an invoice to you at the very end of your VIP Tour. The invoice will show the number of hours that you used each day along with any expenses that may have been occurred. At that time you will have the option of paying by cash or any major credit card. Your card will be swiped immediately and you will be emailed a receipt.

Is gratuity automatically added to my bill?

No. We do not add an automatic gratuity to your invoice. We know that our Private VIP Tour Guides go above and beyond for our guests and we feel that the service that they provide will speak volumes. It is completely left to your discretion how much gratuity you would like to add. Any gratuity that is added to the bill will go directly to your Private VIP Tour Guide.

I have friends coming. Do you have a referral program?

We appreciate your referrals more than you know. We would love to take care of your friends and family and offer our services to them. Please make sure they mention your name when they call so that we can send you a special surprise!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

For any cancellations of your first tour day, made less than 48 hours in advance there will be a three hour cancelation fee.
