Last week, we got an official sneak peek inside the brand new, Bora-Bora style Bungalows located on the Seven Seas Lagoon at The Polynesian Village Resort. The new option for Disney Vacation Club members opened up on April 1st of this year, and are already one of the most popular spots to stay at Walt Disney World.

If you have never visited The Polynesian, or not planning on staying there, we highly recommend visiting on your next Disney vacation. About a 5-10 minute walk from The Grand Floridian, you can stop by at the newly renovated Pineapple stand outside the lobby to grab a Dole Whip and follow the walkway, which is on a white sand beach, around the Resort.

The 20 bungalows are placed out on the Seven Seas complete with private access and stunning views of Magic Kingdom for Wishes, the night time firework spectacular.

Each of the bungalows include 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and with extra hidden pull out beds throughout, it can comfortably sleep up to 8 people.

Every room is decorated with traditional polynesian patterns to make you feel relaxed and comfortable in a tropical oasis. The 2 full bathrooms come with a seperate shower and tub, double sinks and even an in-mirror television!

Making our way out to the main living area, you will find a kitchen that includes a large fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop, as well as a microwave and plenty of prepping countertops. A large table that seats all 8 guests is placed to separate the kitchen from the living room.

Opposite the kitchen is a spacious living area where you and your guests can relax and look out onto the Seven Sea's Lagoon. Two of the beds are located in the living room: the couch serves as a pull out bed that sleeps 2, and the cabinet under the tv slides down as a single bed.

On the back deck, you will find a table with chairs in the center, and a small dipping pool to your right (with views of Cinderella's Castle in the distance).

Extra seating is tucked away around the corner of the bungalow, which makes for a really relaxing spot in the evening to watch the sun set over the Grand Floridian and Polynesian Village Resort.

The bungalows are all created exactly the same and are around 1,650 square feet in size. If you're interested in staying at one of the Polynesian Bungalows, it will cost you anywhere from $2,100-$3,000 per night. For a Disney Vacation Member, that would be about $160 per point.
